• Upload fraudulent documents.
• Share copyrighted material without permission.
• Publish spam or promotional content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to manipulate contribution scores, rankings, or giveaways.
• Upload malware or harmful software.
• Use automated systems to scrape, copy, overload, or abuse the platform.
• Publish personal information about other individuals without permission.

Users remain fully responsible for all content, claims, comments, files, images, links, and other materials they submit.

5. No Verification Guarantee

Easy VIN Check may review, moderate, edit, restrict, or remove content. However, we do not verify every submission.

6. Vehicle Information Disclaimer

Easy VIN Check is not a vehicle history report provider.

We do not maintain DMV databases, insurance databases, title databases, auction databases, police databases, or private vehicle history databases.

We do not guarantee that information shown on the platform represents the complete history of any vehicle.

Vehicle-related information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, missing, unavailable, or incorrectly associated with a VIN.

Users should conduct their own research and inspections before purchasing, selling, financing, insuring, repairing, or making any decision about a vehicle.

7. Third-Party Information

The platform may reference vehicle history report providers, vehicle marketplaces, manufacturers, government agencies, and other third-party services.

Easy VIN Check does not control third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, pricing, policies, reports, or business practices.

8. Reporting Inaccurate Content

If you believe that content on Easy VIN Check is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or incorrectly associated with a VIN, please contact us at hi@easyvincheck.com.

When possible, include supporting evidence so we can review the issue properly.

We review reasonable requests and may edit, remove, or restrict content when appropriate. We reserve full discretion over moderation decisions.

9. Content License

By submitting content to Easy VIN Check, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, publish, distribute, format, and use the content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the platform.

You retain ownership of your content.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

Some pages may contain affiliate links.

If a user purchases a product or service through an affiliate link, Easy VIN Check may receive a commission. This does not increase the price paid by the user.

Affiliate revenue helps support platform development, moderation, content creation, community rewards, and free VIN searches.
